Yes it is the Stage 2 that has the Kevlar...
As far as the Stage 2+, I haven't gotten a write up, however I believe the rep told me that the Kevlar in the 2+ was on the flywheel side while the 3+ was a full faced disc.
I can verify this tomorrow...
