Yeah, there's been two threads on that car already.

For the record, it's not the Mondeo's replacement, rather an exercise in the styling direction that Ford is planning on taking with future sedans. This is the Ford Iosis concept, and it will likely remain a concept.

The misconception with this car that a lot seem to be taking is that it will be replacing the Mondeo. More accurately, it the next Mondeo will just have Iosis styling cues. And probably no Lamborghini-style doors.
