Thats Dumb (left I mean).
The Taurus dampers have a Right Hand thread to loosen the damper bolt cover (you obviously cut the extender shaft off). Then the inside damper retaining bolt is left hand thread.
Get a pipe wrench on that thing and pull on it while someone locks up the flywheel. Get a big pipewrench!
Worse case take a die grinder and notch the edge of the damper where the bolt cover threads into the center. cut it like a piece of pie and it will then release the friction and come out easy. Don't go more than say 3/8" deep so you stay away from the crank. This won't hurt the crank as long as you don't cut into it.
