OP NKENN New CEG\'er N Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 37 South Carolina	I am in the process of trying to purchase a rebuilt CD4E for a 98 Contour SE. One rebuilder must know the TAG NO (F83P-CA) and the second rebuilder doesnâ�?��?�t seem to even know what a TAG NO is however, they assure me that they can provide the correct transmission. What is the significance of the TAG NO on the CD4E transaxle? Can the second rebuilder provide the correct transaxle without the TAG NO? THANKS
