2000 miles = 2 months? Used tires are usually cheap. Doesn't come with warranty. Sometimes you can get them for $20 each (including balancing). However, the last time I bought two used tires (15 years ago) to pass insepction, one blew up on the highway, after using it for 3 months (still had a lot of thread on it).

Indies (independent repair shops) as opposed to Ford dealer.
