the obvious are, no rust ANYWHERE, cuz it spreads QUICKLY, not abused, no high milage, no oil leaks or any leaks, 3rd gear grind when test driving it (that can cost another $1400 to replace).

a good csvt like that can go for $5500-$7500 right now...blue book range.
