I was wondering if anyone while taking apart their headlights, had taken some of the Hot Wirez or something compareable and along the outline of the headlight housing put the hot Wirez or Street Glow wire around in the shape of it,on the inside between the Clear lens and "silver" plastic then wired it to act as a turn signal?
Or possibly be on with out the headlights to give it a Halo effect?
Maybe in white or Amber (if you were to use it as an additional turn signal.

Kind of like a cheap mans "angel eyes" like a beemer ...
