Ray,

There are several things I've written up over the years, some of which easily come to mind. If need be, I'll rewrite them when we go to the new format. Some of them include:

Throttle body cleaning, both on and off the car.

Intake manifold cleaning without removing the upper intake manifold.

Hose in a bucket automatic transmission service (an alternative to the multiple drain and refill).

Various methods of bleeding brakes.

Maintenance schedules.

Cooling system flush by removing temp sender to clear old coolant out of the block.

Gaining clearance in the rear wheel liners by pulling the fender in closer (creating more arch in the wheel liner).

Many discussions on optimal wheel alignment.

Many discussions on appropriate spark plugs.

Resetting the computer by removing fuses instead of disconnecting the battery.

Many more, but these are the one on the top of my head.

I could certainly use
the maintenance schedule
cooling flush (I've read it.. but don't have it archived yet)
liner clearance
and wheel alignment discussions (I've used those.. back when I was a lurker, and noob.. helped TREMENDOUSLY)

Thanks, guys, for all the links.. It will certainly allieviate some of the confusion and clutter when problems arise for users.

I think I posted something FAQish on alignment specs a while ago. I would really think an FAQ in suspension or wheels and tires (or both) should mention that control arm bushings, especially 98.5+, cause tire wear through toe change. People get confused becase the old problem was camber, but as cars get older the bushings are going and I think that the bushings are most likely the number one culprit today.
