OK i don't know how to best explain it so i'll try!! Each time i get a little stupid and rev the car up while it is in neutral or park, there is a loud rubbing ( this is the best i can make of it) sound. Each time i crank the car up when it has been sitting for awhile and turn the wheel just a bit..it makes the same sound and acts as if it is going to cut off. If you have ever tried turning a pipe into a tight hole and heard a stress sound or weird loud creaking souns, that is it! i have a thought that it may be the water pump??!! Help would be appreciated!
