Use your brain dude. There are plenty of illegals here who enter "legally" with student visas/work visas and then stay past their legal time. Hence, here illegally...
i knew exactly what you were talking about but i wanted to hear you say it. so as long as our borders with mexico and canada our secure, jihad wackos wont use phony papers or stay past expired visas anymore. will they all of a sudden be overcome with guilt and remorse? "since they dont want illegals crossing the border, maybe i shouldnt overstay my visa.

Wouldn't you agree that it would be easier to enter Mexico undetected and then enter through our "open" border?
For the Simpsons fans out there, this reminds me of when Mr.Burns and Smithers are at the power plant marching down hallways to the "Get Smart" theme music, on their way to get to a secret room. Having to go through anal security protocols like retinal scans and the like to get to the secret room. Once they finally get there, they see a screen door falling off of it's hinges and a stray dog that wondered in.
I'm not implying that Latin people are animals, BTW. What I am saying is that a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link. Our national security is compromised by not having a secure boarder.
