Use your brain dude. There are plenty of illegals here who enter "legally" with student visas/work visas and then stay past their legal time. Hence, here illegally...
i knew exactly what you were talking about but i wanted to hear you say it. so as long as our borders with mexico and canada our secure, jihad wackos wont use phony papers or stay past expired visas anymore. will they all of a sudden be overcome with guilt and remorse? "since they dont want illegals crossing the border, maybe i shouldnt overstay my visa. i guess i should make sure that my jihad is completed before my visa is expired. for the sake of doing it legally." re-read what you said above, initially, to having a completely secured border with mexico. that was a really weak rationale. i expect better from you.
