I Stopped the engine and noticed a lot of oil of the Top of the manual tranmission housing. I check the Dip Stick and I did lose some oil but not a lot, very minor if you believe the Dip Stick.

Check and scan for CEL codes. Clean housing of oil (wipe dry). Fill engine oil to max line. Check coolant level. Then start and listen for weird sounds. See if oil is leaking (and from where). Then post and we can go further from here. Good luck.
Edit. When was the last time you changed the engine oil and filter?
