There you go... troubleshooting..

0401 - EGR Insufficient flow.

check the green vacuum tube going to the EGR for cracks, breaks, brittle areas (careful, you can cnap this entirely if you stress it)

Check the rubber boot on the end that plugs in to the EGR nipple.. Check for splits, tears, or pinholes.

Check for EGR operation. (Start car.. remove green vacuum tube/rubber elbow from EGR. Suck on EGR metal nipple. Car SHOULD stumble.

Check/clean the EGR ports in between the TB(Throttle Body) and the UIM. Purchase a new TB gasket for replacement (you'll need it if you remove the TB).
