Theres NO such thing as a "winter ride" in Cali
LOL! Now heres a winter beater, SE MI style!
Its truely amazing what washing/detailing a car can do for your pics. This car has rust, alot of it. Its mostly the rocker panels and right now, the d/s one is just about all rusted out and the p/s one has a hole the size of my fist, so by the end of the upcoming winter, I expect it to look like the other side
Theres also alot of rust under the fuel door and thats gotta grow over the winter! I must say it does clean up well, is mechanically sound (we've put $3400 into it since the summer of 03') and drives great! Its got 117K on the clock as of right now, so its actually under average for its year, a 93'
When my lease is up the Crossfire I'll be at a crossroad with the beater, either keep it and keep my fingers crossed that it will live and get a Solstice/MazdaSpeed Miata/Sky/Mustang GT/ETC, or get something more "practical" for SE MI year round driving, MazdaSpeed 6, used EVO/STi, I'll cross that bridge when I get to it!
