What dumbass thought up that system? Who would have thought there could be people with similar names in a zip code. They can�t keep our accounts straight because every time one of us gets the wrong address, we go and change it, but because the bank is going by our names and zip codes, not our account numbers, they can�t differenciate between the two of us.
