What bank is this?
Ive been through a couple banks in the past few years. The first bank I had was never open. The second one had rude tellers, and their online service never worked (and they never fixed it, after 4 complaints).
Now im with a credit union, and couldnt be happier. They are all over my nuts giving me good service, and awesome deals on stuff. Their online service is flawless. They have a direct deposit program.
You should look into a credit union, they are non profit, and when you open an account, you claim your share of the company. Its all owned by the people
. Generally, because the people own the company, the CU is more than willing to work for its customers!
