I can see the OTHER problems being computer errors, if so, that's screwed up, and they need to fix it obviously, but this whole address thing and the guy with the same name. No, that's not software, that's MORONS relying too much on a darn computer to actually READ account numbers. That's just plain bad customer service, and ESPECIALLY if they are warned of this fact and they still have yet to do something about it. You are wise to switch banks. That's just dumb. 5/3's entire computer system is sooooooooo outdated.

All banks have problems, but I recommend US Bank or Bank of America.
