I'm attempting to design and mill a one off Mass air flow adapter. We have a mill at my school and all the proper software. wish me luck. I'll be sure to post pics when I'm done.

where can i get nuts and bolts for the maf adapter and sensor? i bought the adapter from ssd4u.com and the adapter is probably about an inch thick.

sounds good to me. i'll try another hardware. i asked b/c the local one didn't have any that would fit. well, at least any that would fit the nut, they didn't have fine thread screws.

I used some lock washers on there too just to be safe.

here's the reply i got from ssd4u.com tech staff

The contour kit uses 4 bolts to fasten the adapter to
the mass airflow sensor housing.

Size: 1/4" x 20 x 1 1/2" with a nylon insert nut
Type: Grade 5 Plated

Use two washers with each bolt so that a washer is on
the MAS housing and the adapter housing.
