At 21 years old, I witnessed a very close friend of mine get shot five times, and he died in my arms. Why? I don't know.

At 20 years old, I was married, and in three months we were pregnant. No health insurance, and after calling who knows how many hundreds of companies, had no luck finding any either. We prayed about it and in two weeks I had a full time job with health benefits through the state. Coincidence? nope...

My wife and I consider "coincidence" to be God remaining anonymous. Consider that next time you think something is a coincidence...

For example...A quick version, not nearly everything that took place...The path that led to meeting my wife started when I was twelve years old. My dad took a different organist job at a Methodist church, and my sister and I started there. I met a friend named Ted. 6 years later, he was deciding what University to go to. A full ride at TExas A&M or a somewhat decent scholarship to University of Texas at Dallas. He chose the Dallas scholarship, and introduced me to Karen. Karen and I had a lot in common. Including a "vow" to not date until we "knew." The moment I met her, I knew...

I could go on and on and on and on...But I won't...

God knows what he is doing, and if you give Him the power to guide you through life, it's amazing what happens...That doesn't mean you won't have to make some hard decisions at times, or that you will not face adversity in life...

But rest in His unending grace and power, and everything will come together in one way or another.
