Indiana Jones in Raiders of the Lost Ark Goonies (as was mentioned) Karate Kid (GREAT kitsch value) The Last Dragon (See reason above) The Last Starfighter Flight of the Navigator Legend (director's cut if you can find it- uses original score instead of Tangerine Dream) Monster Squad My Science Project Evil Dead Evil Dead II Army of Darkness The Dark Crystal Labyrinth Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade Nightmare on Elm Street Robocop (Paul Verhoven at his best!) The list goes on and on. I *could* subdivide by category, but, that'd be far too sickening.

People need to go back and watch Fletch, and realize there was a time when Chevy Chase was one of the funniest men alive, too bad he's not funny anymore
If you want obscure Chevy try Grooze Tube. It's a sketch comedy movie. It's worth it for one scene alone.

The problem with America is stupidity.
I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment
for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety
labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?

Never seen it and I plain on it too, my dad has it on DVD and I really need to watch it. Is it any good? My dad likes it. And yeah it has good old Burt in it. Good actor.
I never seen Smokey and the Bandit 3 tho. I heard it sucked.
I watched Bad Boys (1st one) like last year for the first time, now I got it on DVD.

Anyone else like "Starman" with Jeff Bridges? Or the He-man movie?

I saw Starman for the first time when I was around 6. His naked body horrifies me to this day.

Road to Perdition is awesome. Though you wouldnt think Tom Hanks would ever play a role in a mob movie. Jude Law is good in it too. Great ending!

Ryan, I LOVE you. Not only do you like Michael Waltrip, but THE GREAT SANTINI was AWESOME. I cry every time I watch that movie. It was great.
I finally got to watch GIRL INTERUPTED the other night. Really funny movie. I was surprised. Angelina Jolie & Wynonna Ryder were terrific. I loved it. Even hubby sat down and watched the last half of it, he & kids were at a friend's house earlier. I was watching it when they came home, and they sat down and watched it with me. Another really GOOD movie, that I was surprised was as good as it was, DEAD AGAIN with Emma Thompson and Kenneth Brannaugh....or however you spell his name. I want that one on DVD. A couple of other really good movies: White Chicks The Longest Yard(with Adam Sandler) The Color Purple The Hunt for Red October(my FAVORITE movie) Sister Act(yeah yeah yeah, I like Whoopi ok)

I always heard of it, but never watched it until I was stationed at the same base the movie is based on. :-) And you knw that the ending isn't real too right? :-) Originally posted by Renee: Originally posted by RTStabler51: I saw "The Great Santini' a few years back.
