People need to go back and watch Fletch, and realize there was a time when Chevy Chase was one of the funniest men alive, too bad he's not funny anymore

He had that show that killed his career. There aren't many funnier characters than Clark Griswold in the Vacation movies.
Someone (I can't remember who) from the Chevy Chase Roast a couple years ago: "I've known Chevy so long I knew him when he was funny."

I saw "The Great Santini' a few years back. Awesome flick. I saw BAT 21 about ten years after it was released, another awesome movie. The most recent is Apocolayspe Now I saw a few months ago for the first time...

This topic actually came up this weekend and everyone discovered that I have never seen Titanic, Forest Gump, The Sixth Sense, The Matrix, Castaway, and yes.... even Star Wars. That's right, I've never seen one single Star Wars movie.
I did see each of the Lord of the Rings trilogy if that redeems me at all.
Titanic - should probably see it, unnecessary Forrest Gump - a must-see (I didn't particularly care for it, but girls will hate you for never seeing it ) Sixth Sense, Matrix - both must-sees
Castaway, Star Wars - you're not alone in never seeing (My friends tried in vain to get me to watch the first, or was that the 'fourth', movie twice, I fell asleep both times, and then last year some did a movie marathon the day of Episode III coming out, but I had meetings or classes or something going on.)
Todras, I've never seen the Goonies either ... pick a movie, any movie made before 1996 and there's a likelihood I've never seen it. Ever since senior year of high school (my first time in a movie theater since 8th grade) I've been gathering up my movie viewing to make up for years lost.

If you didn't use caps or punctuation I'd think you were John Williams.

Hunt for Red October. First tried to watch it in January 1993. Fell asleep after 20 minutes. Tried 3 more times at other times with same results until March 2005. Read the novel. Then finally watched the thriller until the end.
