Let me start off by saying I do not believe that you have 3 children that you are chasing after, rather you are one of these 3 children being chased. You do very well at adding that touch of childness to your posts that really make your arguments worth a C in a high school literature class. The addition of sarcasm makes your collection of statements garbage worthy.

You are a silly, silly person...

This is exactly what this whole topic is about...Everybody is free from religion, and free to practice whatever religion they want, if they want to. That's the beauty of our country. The problem arises when people like this athiest group try to remove all symbols of anything remotely having to do with, NOT RELIGION, but CHRISTIANITY! It seems as though they don't care about the "religion" of the Indian being portrayed in Las Cruces, but rather about the crosses. How long before they "sue" to have the name changed too?

However the real point I am trying to make here is that all the people on your side of the table think you are right, and all the people on my side of the table think you are wrong. Saying what you have is going to make no one cross sides. As clever as you think you may have been quoting the bill of rights, you made no real superb points.

I didn't make any action to make anybody cross sides. I simply stated exactly what the Bill of Rights says. It's plain to see what it says, regardless of what somebody 225+ years later thinks!!

The most elementary government classes in American schools will tell you that there is only one US constitution however there are many ways to interpret it. I feel that freedom of religion should also include freedom from religion. That in no way infringes upon the rights of people who want to practice religion, but it gives people who dont practice a sutable choice. Therefore all can be happy.

But what you seem to also believe is that that small minority, who choose to not believe in ANYTHING, can force themselves and their beliefs on EVERYBODY around them with no regard to anybody but themselves!! This does not make EVERYBODY happy, as you claim, but rather destroys the myriads that it affects!!

If this group feels offended by these crosses and feel they have to take it to court, let em, a judge will put an end to the campaign one way or another. And believe it or not, if the crosses have to be removed, the liberals wont have destroyed America just yet. If you like the way the crosses look, take a picture, it will last you a lifetime.

No, they destroyed America a long time ago.

1. A kid in Plano can't take CANDY CANES with a HISTORICAL STORY about the candy cane and how it was created to school, because the "liberals" have scared the public school.

2. A judge is forced to resign because of a rock that had the Ten Commandments inscribed on it, while in the same courthouses throughout the country, other religious artifacts hang on the walls.

3. A valedictorian of a highschool must get approval for a prayer because it might offend somebody. But that same valedictorian would need no approval were he/she to say a simple encouraging speech.

4. Schools won't give churches the same right to use their gyms for activities as they give to other groups for fear of being sued.

5. ETC ETC ETC...

The stories of how the liberals have destroyed the rights of millions are told everyday in the newspaper. You think it's all okay, because you have no "religion" in your life. What about those who like it there? Like those who are fighting now, to keep a historical picture of crosses in their CITIES SYMBOL? Don't you see it? Are you truly that blind?

ps woodencross (the irony....) if your highschool english class is really giving you hell, PM me, I can give you some pointers that may help you out.

As for your precious Colonel Dan, never heard of him. And I never once thought that I was in highschool literature class here. If I cared that much, I might actually use proper grammar and sentence structuring.

Oh, and by the way...
