Yeah, I do agree, throwing around lawsuits like that is not the most productive thing ever, but they are just fighting (too) hard for what they believe in, and that i can somewhat justify. Do I agree totally with them taking up a lawsuit over that? No. Do I agree with them fighting for what they believe in, sure.
Does this mean I should sue and fight HARD against EVERYTHING that offends me? Such as, pink shirts? I really hate pink shirts... 
If you want to, more power to you, but if you did would it be right for me to start an off the wall post saying something like "Homosexual hater group led by packrat trying to get pink shirts banned..."
