About rubbing..I have scraped a few times but I dont live in the city, I live in the county so my driveway is flat with the road :P Whats a speed bump again? 
What does living near an "urban city" have to do with your rim choice  I grew up in the city of Detroit and currently live 3 miles from the Detroit city border, no exuses, change the rims and get yourself some flat perf SS mufflers and come on out to our next meet, even if you don't do the suggested mods
