Before you start going the expensive way, try pouring a can of Seafoam ($5) into the engine and see if it helps (after a 100 or so miles of driving). In addition, also pour another can into the gas. Seafoam helps alleviate problems with sticky valves and injectors. It might not be the magic solution but it is worth a try.

Edit. You can usually pick up some at autoparts stores.
