Ok, I'm not in college but I make sure my car is secure when I leave it. I'm also making sure if there is any cars around me and somewhat try to get a visual picture of each vehicle is around me (that would help for if someone decides to door your car). I DO NOT leave anything out in the open in my car, the littlest thing can get someone to break in a car. As for my "system" it's stealth so it'd be kinda hard for someone to take my speakers, cuz of them being in all 4 doors (I don't have subs just after market speakers that hit pretty decent, they still can shake my rear view mirror ) I also don't have a CD player head unit it's a tape deck. I gotta CD changer mounted in the trunk and the wire is hidden, and I too have my trunk locked so it can't be opened from the inside of the car, sometimes that's a PITA but it sure is worth it IMO.
