When given a choice, the 2 things that i look at are camera placement, and choosing a spot where only one other car can park next to you....that leaves about 10 quality spots per floor. In the winter i avoid the roof at all costs because everything on the car freezes and gets covered with snow. Structure 5 is also nice, because i know a lot of faculty parks there and there are a lot of nice cars ...
