I would say Duratec but just because i like the 95-97 models the best. If there was a 95 SVT I would choose that hands down, but I like the Duratec MTX even though I have a ATX, manuals are waay better. With a few mods you can keep up with a SVT and you could just swap some parts too, but thats just my opinion. Whatever you decide, get a MTX!!!! don't put yourself though using a ATX, even if you have no arms it will be better than a ATX. Just my opinion again but most would vouch for the tranny part.

The only reason I would see someone not choosing an SVT is because they cant afford it. You dont even get great gas mileage on a zetec and they are slooooooooooow. I am not bashing zetec and duratec owners, but this seems like a no brainer.

agreed, and since that is not a valid reason anymore there is no reason other than being too lazy to try and find one.
