personally i think the tours look imcompletely without the side skirts and bumpers on the svt. i also like the fact that not every other guy on the raod will have the same car. they drive nicely too. besides, the cost of a csvt today versus the value you are getting makes them and excellent buy so long as you don't get one that has been beaten like an ugly red headed step child and then ignored afterwards.
