Okay... wait.

Let's make sure of something:

You DO have the latest drivers for your MP3 player, right? Also, perhaps your company has a flash update for the player itself.

I say this because I have a Virgin Pulse 256mb mp3 player that has "the capability" to be used as a standard flash drive. When I got it, it wouldn't work.. nothing would.. (well.. the AM/FM tuner on it.. but no mp3 stuff) computer would "detect" it, but wouldn't use it, or allow me to use it.

I finally got the newer drivers for it and it worked as mp3, fine. I still couldn't use it as a flash drive. I contacted virgin and they advised me of a flash update that was required to use it as a jumpdrive. before that flash updte, I had to install the newer drivers I aquired to any computer I wished to use it on.

After the flash, it is automatic, and all-inclusive. works on any computer, and pops up as a jumpdrive instantly.
