I have read a few times that you can buy something from STANZI, Who and what is that?

Then also on my 95 SE when making a right turn at 20+ or in a Right banking cloverleaf(freeway onramp) I hear an groan/rub that seems to emanate from the frontend, almost center. Does anyone have any good ways to diagnose this?

Ive had it in this month for a FE Alignment an R CV shaft, the noise pre dates both. Neith shop mentioned anything obvious. Could it be a bearing?
