I hear ya, but since I do wires and I've got outside lights to hang I prefer to concentrate my labor hours on stuff that I actually know what I'm doing with, hence my desire to slap a new one on and be done with it. Now it looks like it would have been less timely to clean the freaking thing but I didn't know I'd just get stuck in more mud. So...are the EGR passages actually cast into the throttle body, or are they "behind it" as Golden stated? In the picture it looks like they're cast in.
