Ah yes...the 'ignorant' comment again. Gotta love arguments where that comes up. Usually when someone says "blah blah blah, and if you don't think that then you're ignorant", it is a clear indication that they have nothing.
If these were the first (or most) intense hurricanes we've ever had, I'd be more likely to think "wow, these hurricanes are getting quite intense" than "gosh darn global warming is making hurricanes more intense". The reality is that this is a normal hurricane season, and we're seeing hurricanes that are more or less normally intense. Every year that we have a few hurricanes hit populated areas, everyone starts yelling about how we're having so many hurricanes and Big Oil is the reason.
Oh, 'scientists' said global warming caused by George Bush is created more intense hurricanes? Okay, I believe it.
Who said anything about GW BUSH. Why can't you stay banned.
