I so have wanted to get into doing this since my brother turned me onto it a few years ago.
He was searching the auctions around the area for a heavily damaged Cobra that he could take the engine out of and stick in his GT, or keep the low mile (as in a 98 with 20K, in 2002) GT and figure out a way to get the Cobra motor to work in his Ranger. Too bad he got rid of both of those vehicles and now has warrantied newer vehicles and collectables (like a 454SS truck).
He told me how he was watching the auctions and saw 4-5 year old Intrepids and Tauruses going for $500-$600 with minor header (no structural) damage, "no key" or "no title". I think I have the ability to fix flood water vechicles too.
Oh, and that wrecked one reminds me of my old teal 96GL that had a white driver fender and purple passenger fender.
