The A/C won't blow air from any of the vent. It has happen before, right after I had a 300 miles run with my car. But it comes back after the car cool down. Anyone regconize the problem? If yes, would it be expensive to get fixed?

How can test if it's the resistor problem or the other problem?

first, is your blower fan running ? does it blow cold air for a short time then gradully lose air flow? If so, it could be that your evap coil is icing up. do you notice a big puddle of water after it sits a while? believe it or not, Icing up can occur if it is low on refrigerent . also can happen when you have poor air flow across your evap.

The fan is not running at all and I don't find water under the car. I read some threads and it seems that the resistor is the most common problem, so I took the resistor out for a look. But I can't tell if it's fired or not. Here is some pics: I this is the problem, I'll get to the zone tomorrow and get the replacement and try it out.

Previous threads/posts mentions that if it were the resistor pack, it would melt it. Yours does not appear to be melted.
It could be the switch. But first check the fuse.

Your owner manual will describe the exact location, but there's a big yellow boxy one in the interior fusebox that I discovered, after installing the switch, to be loose! When I went back out to my car to go to work, the fan didn't come on, and on a hunch I just tapped the bottom of my fusebox and it came on, so that fuse definitely is suspect.
For all I know, it was the problem all along.

Ok, I have checked both the fuses that named "heater blower" in the owner manual. The one under the hood seems fine, but I couldn't tell if the one under the Instrument panel has melt or not since I can't see the fuse inside the little green box.....
Now, what can I do?

a blade style fuse you can't see?
Ohm it out.. with an ohmeter, or multimeter.. should be O ohms, or "beep" if on diode check... anything else "inf", "mega ohms", etc is open.

The owners manual will show you how to open the fuse box under the dash next to the steering column. On some models, you pull a round button and I think on some you pull a lever. If you don't want to invest in a volt or ohmmeter, just change the fuses (about $2 for a box of different ratings from autoparts stores).
