Yes he's all knowing and all powerful. But does he know everything that is going to happen in the future, right now, or does he perhaps not look into the future to find out sometimes?

Perhaps you are confused as to what omnipresent and omniscient mean. He is timeless. He knows everything in the past present and future.

Omniscient = having total knowledge. He CAN look into yours and my future, but if he did, if he Knew what we were going to do, then our free will is violated. It's impossible and unbiblical to have God know what we are going to do, yet be given free will.
Being almighty, God can use his power of forseeing, when he wants not when we think he will too.

Omnipresent - there is a difference between omnipresent and what you previously said "omnipotent".
As for him being omnipresent, I'd like to show you why I believe that is not a bible teaching.
1 Kings 8:30,39,49 - 'you...in heaven your dwelling place'
Heb 9:24 - 'christ entered...into heaven itself' (a location) 'in the presence of God' (God having a "presence" or location not everywhere or anywhere. Some translations refer to it as "the person of God")

Being omnipotent, he is all powerful and authoritative. Job 37:23 attests to this. But doesn't lend to a thought of His being 'God all powerful' so He must be looking into the future, because he can.
