Anyone no were I can get one or does anyone happen to have an extra one for some odd reason. I just need the spring, not the whole throttle body. Though I have a feeling I will be purchasing a whole throttle body  . Thanks

Hmm what year 3L? I have a TB from an oval port plastic, but the spring appears different than an Svt spring. You have a spring or a whole TB? Either way if what you have will work one way or another, shoot me a pm with price etc.. Same with anyone else. Thanks

No. The SVT linkage and spring are unique to the SVT throttle body.
You could probably get a shaft spring from a different factory Ford TB to work though.
