I do feel bad for the CRX driver though. Beater or not I bet that was his only mode of transportation, and his insurance will be giving him about $5 for that thing. Same thing happened to me in my 82 Jetta. Some retard not watching the road rear ended me and totalled off my car. It was practically worthless, unless you counted the fact that it was all I had.

actually...without lights or a turn signal it turns out that a dark blue car at night is rather hard to see, thanks...anyway, nobody was hurt and the kid was actually rather happy because insurance gave him $1,000 for the car and he had it for sale for the amount of $600 so he made out rather well

Wasn't calling you a retard, the guy that hit me did it in broad daylight while I was stopped at a red light, retard didn't even touch his brakes and hit me doing 80kph.

no thats fine man, i was implyin that to svt because i really was payin attention...i had looked up to make sure there wasnt anyone there and then i looked down to put my pop in my cup holder then looked up and the thing was RIGHT there, i was only doin 35 but it was just too late. If i would of swerved 5 ft earlier i woulda cleared it, ill learn from this and this'll never happen again lol
