I was wondering if anyone knows where to steer me on the net or has the removal how to's of the stock radio. The vehicle is a 1992 Tracker. The info is for a friend of mine and since GM's give me a rash I have no idea. I figured someone here would have the 411 on it. Thanks in advance,
Joe.

A crowbar!!

Most GM's you have to remove part of the dash, and then there are two to four screws underneath that you have to remove and it should slip right out...I don't know for sure on that particular vehicle, but breaking out the crowbar and prying sure wouldn't hurt!!

I suggest looking info up on Suzuki Sidekick as well since they are identical.

Autozone has car repair guides on their website, generally they have electrically information. I found out how to work on my Friend's 93 Protege's stereo on that website, im sure they will have information for a 92 Chevy Tracker.
