How-to post a picture:
1) Goto
www.photobucket.com and sign up for an account
2) upload your pic(s) using their insturctions
3) Highlight and copy the text in the box that is shown (the one with the [IMG] in it) for the pic you want to post
4) paste the copied text into your post where your want the pic to appear.
5) Happy posting
