Check the synchros in the tranny (grinding on high speed shifts...)
SVTC's require premium.
Oil quantities in the 6-6.5qt range are HIGHLY recommended to protect from inherent problems of oiling.
Avoiding right handed sweepers, or high rpm turns (cloverleaf onramps, etc) are also recommended to avoid oiling issues, and spun bearings.
Waterpump failure on 98's.
Other than that... your typical whiny bits. (finicky coolant sensor requires more than "MAX" leel of coolant, etc)
As it stands, you can't get an SVT with an Auto (unless a prior member swapped it, but that is RARE)
