I finally picked it up Monday... Mark came over and checked it out but I spent a few hours cleaning the interior and putting on my Cougs spare set of rims..

I believe the car has some extreme potential once I completely get going on it.. I've got to do some obvious upgrades, repairs and get the car running again but after that I think its immediately getting tint, lowered, new mesh and the mirko splitter.. I'm not sure if I like the custom hood or not.. I may be willing to sell it if anyone is interested..

The car came with a short ram intake, B&M short shifter, brullen exhaust and sho-shop Y-pipe..

please note that the hood is not latched or even bolted to the car in these pics.. someone also stole the WW touring spoiler so the holes are duct taped shut for the time being.





I ended up getting the car for 1300.00 from a past member in Fond Du Lac... the car has a spun bearing from an Autocross adventure but I currently have 3 complete duratec motors in my garage so all should be fine shortly.

Once I get the engine done and do a few little mods to it we'll definately have to have a little photo shoot with your car - the Coug and my CSVT

Nice ride and i must say i love the Hood , I have some pre98 sail panels and a pillar pod in case your intrested.

btw what rims did you have on there, E0s Or E1s, If they were E1s are you intrested in tradeing for some E0s

I honestly don't know what model Excel rims they are.. I drove to the Quad Cities and bought them off of a Foci owner about 4 months ago.. this is the first time that I've even slapped them onto something since I bought them.. my only complaint is that they look dinky compared to the 19's on my other car that I'm obviously used to now..

right now I'm in search of a WW Touring spoiler or a new trunk so I don't have to get the holes welded shut and have the thing refinished. Other than that I might be interested in some other goodies.

i was looking at that car in the classifeds and ebay.....if you need a hood(add said it was damaged) let me know, i have a stocker sitting here.

She has E0 rims.. if my SVT makes your SVT look like poopie.. that coug will make mine look like something even worse

what color is the hood you have? mine has some very slightly bent corners up on top.. I'm confident that a rubber hammer and some careful tapping will get them perfect again. Apparently some a55hats tried to steal it - got scared or tired due to the weight and dropped it in the grass and ran

Speaking of ebay and the classifieds.. as soon as I saw both those I contacted him, drove to his house and made an offer and bought it.. I'm positive that had he kept the auction going he could have easily doubled what I paid him - as far as I am concerned I got the steal of the century
