Don't rip the bulb out.

P0131 is for Bank 1 (firewall side) upper and P0155 is for Bank 2 (radiator side) upper. Make sure the correct ones were changed. If the correct ones were changed, you may want to check the connectors or the wiring from the connectors to the PCM

Possible causes:

-- Contaminated HO2S (water, fuel, etc.).

-- Crossed HO2S signal/signal return wiring.

-- Check for water in HO2S connector.
