One rule of F1 is never write off Ferrari. They're done for this year, of course, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were back on top next year.
On the other hand, Schumi has said that he'll only retire from F1 if he stops having fun. Most of this year would fall into the "not having fun" category, and Spa has been the worst so far.
