Ya how many of them where deflected becuase the WR or TE couldn't catch the ball?
Some of you need to see threw the eyes of a QB before making these judgements!
Yes hes not amazing but a QB cannot control the ball after it leaves his hands and get deflected becuase someone else can't catch.

Maybe its the way he throws the ball, IDK. I don't like him either way, but your right he is certainly not all to blame, receivers have to do there job.

If the ball is anywhere with in a few feet of a million dollar reciever there ass needs to be catching the ball!

I'm not a big fan of Joey Harrington by any means. But even though Joey threw 5 picks, there is no way you can blame him for the game. Sure, the late interceptions were his fault but it was over by then and he was just forcing the issue too much. Didn't really matter considering they were already down by 20+ points. A little protection from the O-line wouldve been nice too!
You can't have a passing game without a decent running game. 8 carries for 22 yards from Kevin Jones isn't going to help open up the passing offense very well.
The coaches are who need to be blamed here, IMO. Obviously over the years they haven't been able to find someone who can motivate their team and get them out there to play some decent football. Even when they do, they come back and play a pretty [censored] game the next week.

There are games where he looks like he gets it, in those games he isn't generally getting pressured. If you blitz the lions, they need to put him into a position to have a chance to succeed but right now, the offensive line looks completely inept. The blame for some of it goes right on the receivers. That was absolutely Roy Williams fault, and it was compounded by him standing around rather than trying to break up the interception. The interception by the lineman was a fluke. The other 3, were poor decisions by Harrington.

Yes, we need him to be more like Jim Mora because that style is so effective. Give me a break. A coach needs to publicly support his QB. His actions will tell you whether or not he is happy with him. Unfortunately, what are his choices? Play Orlovsky? Please. Garcia was even worse than Harrington. His biggest problem isn't his positive spin on things, it's the play calling by him and even the new offensive coordinator. Why is a "Running" coach abandoning the run when it's 17-6? Why do they continually call plays where receivers are catching the ball coming back to the QB, 3 yards shy of the first down when it's 3rd and long? I don't mind a draw play on 3rd and long on occassion, but they have to give the defense a reason to sag. I look at the end of last year when the QBs coach was calling the plays. They went downfield, used creativity on the O-line to get Jones some yards. Right now, they can barely pick up a blitz, much less run any stunts or scheme to open up the running game.
besides, their linebackers are hurt/not playing well, and their defensive line, after stopping green, looked like a seive against the Bears. They see the Bears blitzing nearly every play, but do you think they would attempt the same on the other side of the ball? Why would they not pressure orton?
O-Line and play calling are still the root causes to everyhting bad that happens to them. Right now, QB ranks about 5th on my list of needs.

Your right Steeda, kinda. Joey throws waaaaaaaaaaaaay too many balls at peoples feet and behind them. Like that one 3rd and 10 where Rogers had to go behind him to catch it, which took him out of postion, he gets hit and loses the ball only to have #25 (don't know who he is) catch the ball and save their ass'
