That helps, but do I screw the silver part off, or the unscrew it from the black base? Assuming it is from outside the trunk, and not inside. The silver part is round and has little slots on it, and don't know what I would use to get it off? When I try to unscrew the black part I feel like it isn't budging and pulls on my siding? Thanks
