Ryan, I'm not holding you responsible. I didn't know that you picked him up. Wayne didn't even mention it. He was too involved in telling me about HIS bad luck, and didn't seem to care that MY car wasn't running, and HE had 370 of MY dollars! It was obviously a priority for him to call the FSVT guy and tell him he wasn't coming, but didn't even think that maybe I would want a call???? So again, I wasn't looking for you to do anything in this matter, as I can handle my own problems. I'm only pointint out that Wayne had some horrible customer service tactics with me, and I'm expressing them.
