I've been in contact with a lady at Sylvania and she told me that the bulbs are going to available at Advance or AutoZone by the end of the month and are going to cost $24.00 a bulb. She said that there is nothing on the market like these, we'll see
I will tell you this, she is very quick with her responses about the bulbs though and I like that alot :D, further more she told me that my email is being forwarded to her supervisor so they can tell up more info on these new bulbs
