J5 is great, so it Latyrx. Lateef is pretty good, and Lyrics Born is sublime. The underground in SoCal is still churning out good stuff. Also, Jay Z is a pretty talented rapper. He has a lot of junky over-produced songs, but sometimes his skill shows through. It really comes out on the Grey Album remix.
