Eric, Tim had the same problem with the non-Ford headlight. The air was quite humid when I put the headlights back together. You might want to give them a chance to dry out by removing them and putting them inside the house or somewhere it is warm and dry. Maybe put them in the oven for a few hours on the lowest setting. Make sure they don't get hotter than you can put your hand on.
Honestly, I think the Ford ones have some kind of anti-fog stuff on the inside. The assemblies are not completely sealed, and they have vent tubes on the back. There was nothing wrong with the design that I saw (and I saw everything on the inside, too.)
If the moisture thing is the only problem, I wouldn't worry about it. They should clear after a while like Tim's did. Plus, if you get them, and don't take them apart like I did, that might lower the chance of moisture inside, too.
